We’re currently working with a well-established planning consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Principal Planner to join their Birmingham team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven planning professional looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to lead projects, manage client relationships and contribute to business growth.

The Rolen

n
• Lead and manage a varied portfolio of planning projects.

n

• Provide strategic planning advice to clients.

n

• Manage planning applications and projects from inception through to completion.

n

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

n

• Support and mentor junior members of the team.

n

• Contribute to business development and winning new work.

n

About Youn

You’ll ideally be RTPI chartered with strong experience in planning consultancy and a solid understanding of the UK planning system. Excellent communication, project management and commercial skills are essential.
