Overview

As Senior Delivery Manager you will lead the successful delivery of complex technology, infrastructure, cloud, digital, and business transformation programmes. You’ll oversee cross‑functional teams, govern delivery, and align outcomes with strategic objectives. You’ll manage risk, budget, and quality while driving continuous improvement. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to guide decisions and ensure timely, value‑driven delivery. This role suits a leader who shapes large-scale change in a collaborative, innovative culture.

Responsibilities

• Delivery leadership across multiple programmes from initiation to handover
• Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs
• Ensure commitments on quality, risk, budget, and schedule
• Lead Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches
• Stakeholder management with executives, sponsors, and vendors
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and RAID logs
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization
• Proactively identify risks and lead issue resolution
• Lead and mentor delivery professionals and cross‑functional teams
• Oversee vendor and third‑party relationships and contract governance
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and reporting

Key requirements

• Experience leading complex technology and transformation programmes
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
