Hybrid Occupational Health Nurse — Early Absence Specialist

Optima Health in Glasgow is seeking an Day One Occupational Health Nurse to join our growing Day One Service, working in a supportive, innovative environment with strong training and wellbeing focus. This permanent, full-time role is hybrid, with three long shifts per week and rota planning to cover hours.

You will assess early absence, provide clinical advice, maintain records, and build relationships with employees and managers.
