Revenue Operations Leader: Forecasting, CRM & Enablement

BlueOptima is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the revenue systems, data and processes. You will be responsible for the CRM, forecast, enablement, deal desk and planning behind targets and pay, reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations and working with the CRO.

You’ll lead the RevOps roadmap, ensure data quality, and build a scalable process across all product lines. The role is based in London with a hybrid pattern and significant impact on the business.
