Children’s Home Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Children’s Home Manager to lead a well-established residential service supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism and behavioural needs.

The Role:

As Children’s Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated residential care team
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Promoting safeguarding and person-centred care at all times
• Managing staffing, budgets and day-to-day operations
• Driving continuous improvement across the service
• Supporting staff development and creating a positive culture within the home

About You:

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior or managerial position
• A Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards this
• A full UK driving licence
