Home Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to join a residential care setting in Tywyn, Wales.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Nurse.
• Previous experience working as a Home Manager / Registered Manager / Deputy Manager.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership experience.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant nursing and Health & Social Care qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the home.
• Provide strong clinical and operational leadership.
• Lead, supervise and develop the care team.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.
• Manage staffing, rotas and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Work with residents, families and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Support inspections and ensure regulatory standards are maintained.
