Head of Corporate & Community Partnerships

The Outward Bound Trust seeks a high-impact Head of Corporate & Community to lead the fundraising strategy, secure major multi-year partnerships and guide a seven-strong team. The role integrates corporate engagement, events and alumni relations to drive income and influence.

You will work with senior leadership to shape pipeline, forecasts and targets, while representing OBT to businesses, supporters and alumni.
