M&A / Private Equity Associate (NQ-1 PQE) | Leading US Law Firm | London
We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their well-regarded M&A and Private Equity practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior associate to join a growing team at an early stage of their career, with exposure to a broad mix of corporate and private equity work.
The team advises global private equity sponsors, institutional investors and corporates on buyouts, minority and co-investments, UK public takeovers and cross-border M&A. The London practice is recognised by the legal directories for high-value private equity work.
This position would suit a candidate with:
- NQ-1 years’ post-qualified experience in corporate, M&A or private equity at a leading City or international law firm
- Exposure to private equity transactions, public M&A or cross-border corporate deals during training or since qualifying
- A genuine interest in building a broad private equity and M&A practice
- Strong academic background and drafting skills
- Ambition to develop within a high-calibre team over the longer term
