Rotational Facilities & Estate Management Graduate Programme

Lidl GB is offering a 23‑month National Graduate Scheme across multiple regions in the UK. You will rotate through Sales, Logistics, Facilities Management and Head Office, building broad expertise in building services and estate management.

The programme includes a video interview and assessment at Lidl’s Tolworth Head Office. Ideal candidates hold a 2:2 or better and may have related degrees in Quantity Surveying, Facilities/Building Management, Business or Engineering.
