Service Lead – Participant Management (Hybrid, London)

Elexon is seeking a Service Lead – Participant Management (Grade 11) in London for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will lead daily delivery across the Participant Management journey, supporting Market Entry, Qualification, Asset Management, Industry Standing Data and Market Exit, while reducing risk and enhancing customer experience.

You will manage Service Analysts, act as SME, and collaborate with the Service Owner to drive improvements and provide training, reporting and governance input.
