Chemical Search International seeks an expert to lead plant operations and engineering at a standalone East Anglia site. You will report to the CEO and guide production, maintenance and improvements during a period of substantial growth.

The role requires a senior chemical engineer with COMAH leadership experience, strong people management, and a track record in batch operations within fine or specialty chemicals; consulting or permanent arrangements are possible depending on circumstances.
