Beef Carcase Classification Specialist — Training Provided

Meat Livestock Classification Ltd (MLC) is seeking a Carcase Services Team member to identify, weigh, and classify beef carcases within an abattoir. Full training will be provided, with support toward a certification license.

No prior experience required; experience in the meat industry is desirable. The role involves standing in a fast-paced environment and may require travel if needed.
