Senior Sous Chef – Lead a Creative, Seasonal Kitchen

Artfarm is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for Mount St Restaurant and The Audley Public House in Mayfair. You will support the Executive Chef, lead the kitchen team, manage stock, orders and rosters, and uphold top standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across two venues.

You will drive seasonal menu development, maintain food safety, and foster a culture of excellence in a fast-paced environment with exceptional hospitality.
