Zendbox seeks an Outbound Operations Manager to lead our outbound fulfilment in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You will own dispatch accuracy, timeliness, and quality across the despatch process, driving efficiency as we scale.

You’ll inspire a high-performing team, partner with other departments, and implement improvements to boost customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe, compliant operation. This role is based in Paddock Wood, England.
