UK Tax Manager – Strategic Compliance & Leadership (Hybrid)

Refresco is seeking a Tax Manager to lead all UK direct and indirect tax activity from our Head Office in Kegworth. This permanent role (38 hours) drives the tax strategy, ensures compliance, and guides senior leaders.

The role combines expert tax oversight with governance and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) and bring strong experience from tax-focused roles, including HMRC interactions.
