We’re partnering with a market-leading global fintech to find a Paid Search Manager who can drive customer acquisition across the UK & Ireland. This is a hands‑on role managing significant budgets across Google, Microsoft and emerging search platforms, combining performance marketing excellence with experimentation, analytics and AI‑driven innovation. You’ll be responsible for scaling acquisition, optimising to commercial outcomes, running incrementality and geo‑testing programmes, and working closely with SEO teams to maximise search performance across the funnel. We’re looking for a commercially‑minded search specialist with a proven track record of growing performance at scale, a strong grasp of attribution and measurement, and a passion for using data and AI to unlock new opportunities.
