We’re serious about our food. Our meats are dry-rubbed andsmoked in-house, low and slow over British hickory logs. From our signature St.Louis pork ribs and indulgent BBQ platters to our legendary smoked Sundayroasts, this is proper comfort food done exceptionally well.

What We’re Looking For:
- Putyourheart on your sleeve: take ownership, be bold, and run the businessas if it’s your own.

- Minimum2 years’ experience as a General Manager.
- Deepknowledge of premium food-led pubs and quality food & drinkbusinesses.

- Entrepreneurialflair and a genuine passion for people development.
- Loveto train, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- PersonalLicence holder is a plus.
