SSQ is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) in Real Estate for a leading international law firm located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role focuses on high-quality commercial property and standalone real estate transactions within a collaborative and balanced team environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience Level: 4–7 PQE (Post Qualification Experience) as a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate.
• Core Expertise: Solid transactional commercial real estate experience, particularly across investment, landlord and tenant, corporate occupier, and/or development matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise an impressive client base of major corporates, investors, developers, and occupiers.
• Handle varied work covering investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, corporate occupier work, development projects, and portfolio management.
• Manage standalone real estate transactions, build direct client relationships, and take genuine ownership of matters.
