Lead, Business Analysis Practice (Remote)

Denholm Associates partners with a financial services client to recruit a Business Analysis Practice Lead. Primarily remote with only 1-2 days onsite per month, this role is a fixed-term 12-month contract guiding a sizeable team of Business Analysts within a Change Management function.

The successful leader will shape BA operations across the change portfolio, strengthen governance, build capability, and foster a high-performing, engaged culture that delivers high-quality outcomes.
