Senior Financial Crime Lead | AML/Regulatory Risk (Hybrid)

Equals is a London-based fintech delivering cross-border money movement and embedded finance. We are seeking a Senior Financial Crime Manager to lead the second line, own investigations and SAR reviews, and provide the senior voice on financial crime across our UK and EU locations.

You will oversee investigations, advise on new products and partner arrangements, and ensure compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations and related regimes.
