SAFe Scrum Master & Delivery Coach

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable cross-functional teams to deliver value in a controlled, Agile environment. You will lead Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, shield teams from impediments, and partner with Product Owners to ensure a clear backlog and reliable delivery.

You will facilitate PI planning, manage risks and dependencies, foster continuous improvement, and coach stakeholders in Agile practices across distributed teams, including offshore and multi-vendor partners.
