Prezzo Ltd in Bath is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to be number two in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and deputising when needed. You will help lead the team and deliver Italian dishes with pride, while maintaining the high standards Prezzo is known for across the UK locations.

You’ll manage stock, reduce waste and kitchen costs and work closely with the General Manager to create a great guest experience.
