SSEN Transmission is seeking a Lead Principal Engineer – Transformers in Scotland to lead a team of transformer and wound plant experts within Network Engineering. You will provide Technical Authority leadership, shape specifications, assure projects and suppliers, and drive value-based engineering decisions.

You will lead a high-performing group, engage with industry forums (CIGRE, ENA, IEC), develop guidance notes, and own technical assurance across the Transmission network, including HVDC
