Overview

In this role you will lead complex AI transformation initiatives for major professional services firms, guiding from strategic thinking to production-ready delivery. You will build and sustain trusted, C-suite level relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on automating knowledge work and boosting efficiency. You will shape and articulate compelling propositions and drive growth through tailored pitches and demos that showcase Faculty’s depth. This position offers the chance to raise Faculty’s profile and deliver high-impact, regulated-environment AI programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI transformation programmes for major professional services firms, translating strategy into production-grade software delivery
• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and partners, advising on AI-driven automation and efficiency
• Drive growth by shaping commercial pitches and demos that highlight technical depth and sector-specific solutions
• Elevate Faculty’s industry profile through thought leadership, media engagement, and industry forums
• Ensure high-quality client work by guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams through pace and ambiguity
• Manage a cross-functional practice of delivery experts, PhD engineers, and data scientists to sustain technical and delivery excellence

Key requirements

• deep knowledge of the professional services landscape from either internal or advisory roles
• experience leading transformation programmes involving organisational change and technology delivery in B2B contexts
• commercial mindset with track record of opportunity shaping and revenue ownership
