Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you lead all-Oracle finance engagements, from design through delivery, owning the end-to-end Oracle finance solution. You will operate within the Finance Reinvention Partner practice to drive platform-led transformations and AI-enabled delivery for CFO agendas. You’ll shape Oracle architecture, manage senior stakeholders, and grow client accounts while advancing AI-enabled methodologies. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead multi-pillar Oracle programmes and influence a global finance transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

• own end-to-end Oracle finance solution and integration architecture
• act as finance design authority across fit-to-standard, design, testing, and deployment
• lead programmes and workstreams with senior stakeholder management and team coaching
• identify opportunities to expand Oracle finance transformation within accounts
• shape propositions and support new business beyond current clients
• contribute to AI-enabled delivery and utilisation of Oracle Fusion AI and agents

Key requirements

• expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and EPM (Planning EPBCS, Consolidation FCCS, EDMCS) or equivalent breadth
• deep knowledge of enterprise structure, chart of accounts and finance master data
• experience with Oracle Subledger Accounting, Integration Cloud (OIC), PCMCS
• strong finance process experience across R2R, O2C, P2P; consolidation and reporting
• leadership of large-scale, multi-pillar Oracle finance programmes end to end
• Oracle certification and professional finance/accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
