SAP Finance Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you drive and shape SAP-enabled finance transformations for clients as part of KPMG Powered Enterprise. You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programmes, translating business needs into practical SAP finance solutions and design considerations. You’ll enhance offerings with reusable assets, ROI-driven demos, automation and AI-focused approaches. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and maintain governance and client trust. This is a hands-on, leadership role in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programmes focusing on SAP Finance functionality
• Develop and defend commercial constructs for proposals in collaboration with leadership
• Enhance Powered Enterprise offerings with assets, demos, accelerators, ROI emphasis, automation and AI
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and align client aspirations with delivery
• Deliver end-to-end Finance Lead and Central Finance programmes
• Manage onshore and offshore project resources
• Foster client trust through consultancy excellence and collaborative problem solving

Key requirements

• Deep experience selling and delivering SAP Finance and EPM solutions (Budgeting, Forecasting, Group Reporting, Consolidation, Central Finance, PaPM, Treasury)
• Desirable high-level understanding of SAP SAC, BPC, Datasphere and other EPM tools
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP programmes as Finance Lead
• Proven experience delivering Central Finance programmes
• Strong consultancy skills, client relationship building and collaborative problem solving
• Experience integrating AI into projects with data governance and standards alignment
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams
