Senior Associate Product Manager, Enterprise AI

Overview

In this role you will help shape and deliver the Enterprise AI Platform at LSEG, enabling secure, scalable AI across the product portfolio. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for platform capabilities and governance. You’ll prototype and validate frontier AI products and ensure platform standards and compliance with Responsible AI. Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform in collaboration with product managers and engineering teams
• Own direction for one or more platform capability areas (e.g., platform services, developer tooling, governance and enablement)
• Prototype and validate frontier AI products with customers
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable, reliable platform capabilities and track progress
• Maintain platform standards, documentation and reusable services for AI product development
• Support adoption of AI infrastructure and tooling, gathering feedback from internal users
• Coordinate with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and Responsible AI
• Engage with product teams to gather requirements, document use cases and support roadmap prioritisation
• Define and track success metrics for platform adoption, operational performance and developer experience
• Coordinate with industry partners and cloud providers on platform initiatives
• Contribute to the Enterprise AI strategy and delivery of foundational platform capabilities

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Interest or experience in AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, APIs and enterprise software
• Early career experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering or related field
• Experience or coursework with software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
