Senior Product Manager, ERP

Overview

As Senior Product Manager for ERP, you own the end-to-end strategy for Navan’s ERP integrations, connecting Navan with major ERP ecosystems. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver automated expense reconciliation and data workflows that scale with customers’ accounting stacks. You’ll shape the long-term vision, manage the integration roadmap, and translate complex finance concepts into clear actions for both engineers and finance leaders. This role offers meaningful impact by simplifying ERP data flows and elevating Navan’s integrations across NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with major ERP providers
• Own and communicate the long-term ERP integration roadmap
• Lead end-to-end product development with Design, Engineering, FinOps, and Go-To-Market
• Educate internal teams and clients on ERP nuances and implementation best practices
• Scale data integrations, mappings, and automated reconciliation workflows
• Create thorough product documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• Leverage metrics and market insights to prioritize dependencies

Key requirements

• Proven PM experience in FinTech, payments, data integrations, or ERP platforms
• Deep knowledge of accounting and finance workflows and ERP modules
• Hands-on experience building or managing ERP integrations (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical detail into business logic
• Self-starter with cross-functional project management and execution skills
