Overview

As Reporting Delivery Practice Lead in our Investment Bank, you will steer enterprise reporting and analytics platforms across EMEA. You’ll lead a team of BI developers and analysts within a broader data and analytics group to deliver regulatory and operational reporting in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You enable front-office, risk, compliance, and operations teams to make data-driven decisions with speed and confidence. This role combines hands-on delivery leadership with strategic standards work to shape the reporting practice and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement analytics and reporting standards, frameworks, and practices for the EMEA Data & Analytics Platforms
• Provide practice leadership and governance, mentoring BI developers and analysts across geographies
• Guide timely delivery of complex reporting initiatives across delivery squads
• Ensure regulatory and operational reporting solutions meet high-volume, regulated environment requirements

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering regulatory and operational reporting in a complex, high-volume banking setting
• Deep expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Databricks AI/BI) and strong SQL/data modelling skills
• Hands-on leadership experience managing delivery resources and BI developers
• Experience in analytics and reporting within corporate investment banking or capital markets
