Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients as senior adviser
• Oversee delivery and review of corporate tax compliance for the portfolio
• Lead advisory assignments including restructures, transactions and tax planning
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and identify opportunities for value
• Mentor and develop Tax Seniors and junior staff, providing technical guidance
• Collaborate with Partners on strategic projects and tax-practice development
• Support business development with existing and prospective clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving tax legislation and market developments

Key requirements

• ACA or ACCA with 3+ years post-qualified experience, OR CTA
• Approximately 6+ years’ overall tax and/or accounting experience
• Strong corporate tax knowledge with compliance and advisory experience
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
• Confidence working with senior clients and Partners on complex assignments
• Commercial, client-focused mindset with business development ability
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
