Senior Manager, Feasibility Strategy

Overview

In this role you lead the Feasibility and Proposals team, guiding feasibility coordinators and shaping strategy for global clinical trials. You work cross-functionally with clinical operations, medical, and regulatory teams to deliver data-driven country selection and enrollment insights. You translate data from internal and public sources into high-quality feasibility analyses for proposals and bid defenses. You drive continuous improvement in feasibility processes and mentor a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of feasibility coordinators
• Oversee day-to-day workload, quality reviews, and coverage during peak periods
• Lead feasibility assessments for high-priority clients for proposal development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present feasibility insights for global trials
• Recommend improvements to feasibility processes and ensure timely, accurate analysis
• Foster continuous improvement in quality and timelines across the team

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
• 3–5 years of feasibility experience within a CRO
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Ability to mentor and motivate junior team members
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations
• Strong prioritization skills for multiple projects under tight timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Masters or PhD preferred
