Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead a significant product area in AI-enabled customer engagement. You’ll translate customer problems into clear roadmaps and outcomes, collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM teams. You drive product decisions leveraging AI capabilities and measure impact across beta and post-launch. You’ll shape world-class software while upholding company values and R&D principles in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a major product area or project and define the problem space through research and data
• Manage and communicate the roadmap—what to build, when, and why—to align stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship end-to-end solutions, from bold visions to iterations
• Leverage AI to accelerate product development and increase team impact
• Evaluate success with quantitative and qualitative metrics during beta and after release
• Ensure high-quality releases and maintain product area integrity across teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with GTM strategy and execution
• Demonstrate leadership through company values and R&D principles
