Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Commercial Property team to drive performance and growth
- Manage a diverse caseload (acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant, development, property finance)
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, investors, businesses and referrers
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to practice expansion
- Shape departmental strategy and mentor junior lawyers to support future direction
Key requirements
- Senior lawyer with experience in commercial property and a track record of leadership/mentoring
- Ability to manage high‑value, varied caseloads across commercial property matters
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
