Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing

Overview

In this role you will lead transfer pricing activities for a global fintech, strengthening compliance and governance across jurisdictions. You will partner with Tax, Finance, Legal and Operations to own TP processes and documentation, while driving efficiency through standardisation and automation. You’ll support audits and manage cross-border arrangements, influencing stakeholders and shaping TP practice within a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This is a newly created role offering visibility, strategic impact and opportunities to implement practical TP frameworks at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior TP contact and collaborate with Tax, Finance, Legal, Operations and external advisers
• Own transfer pricing processes, filings and documentation across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage complex cross-border arrangements, ensuring compliance and governance
• Support audits, manage risk, and engage with advisers and tax authorities
• Improve handovers, governance and collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate TP activity

Key requirements

• Professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA, CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
• Strong transfer pricing experience with Big Four or professional services exposure and in-house multinational experience
• Ability to apply technical tax knowledge commercially and at pace
• Understanding of tax processes, controls, and end-to-end tax systems
• Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across jurisdictions
