Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a portfolio of corporate tax clients; provide high-quality compliance and advisory services
• Manage complex tax affairs and coordinate with partners and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client value opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior team members with technical support
• Deliver commercially focused, compliant tax advice within current legislation
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction

Key requirements

• Qualified tax professional (ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with significant corporate tax experience in practice
• Strong technical grounding paired with a commercial mindset
• Experience of managing teams, reviewing work, and developing junior colleagues
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
