Mobile BMS Engineer

Overview

In this Mobile BMS Engineer role, you’ll service and optimise BMS across a varied portfolio of sites. You’ll combine preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure reliable building systems. You’ll work with fellow engineers to improve energy efficiency and system performance. This is a hands-on position within a large facilities management organisation offering clear progression and on‑call benefits.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on BMS systems across multiple sites
• Respond to reactive breakdowns as part of an on-call rota with financial benefits
• Collaborate with colleagues to propose improvements and prepare cost estimates and quotes for enhancements
• Produce clear reports to support system improvements and energy efficiency initiatives

Key requirements

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS
• Knowledge of at least one BMS platform: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara
• HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge in a commercial environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
• BPSS vetting
