Overview

In this role you will work on client engagements as a consultant in the Operations Excellence Program, helping companies improve operations with rigorous problem solving. You’ll receive on-the-job coaching complemented by a structured capability-building curriculum, accelerating your development as an operational expert. You’ll rotate across Industrie-facing projects in Europe and contribute to lean manufacturing and operations excellence initiatives. The role blends strategic thinking with practical execution, within a global, diverse, and high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and form hypotheses on client engagements
• Design and conduct analyses to support recommendations
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
• Participate in on-the-job coaching and structured capability-building
• Engage across multiple client engagements in varied industries
• Contribute to lean manufacturing and operations excellence initiatives

Key requirements

• Master’s degree
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or quality and compliance (e.g., Six Sigma, cGMP)
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular settings
• Willingness to undertake European assignments during the work week
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English and the local office language
