Community Grants Officer: Impact & Partnerships (Hybrid)

Brent Council is seeking 2 Community Grants Officers to join the Community and Social Infrastructure Team, delivering and managing a comprehensive grants programme to improve local lives. You will assess applications, advise residents and groups, monitor outcomes and report on performance, while collaborating across the council and with external partners to maximise funding opportunities for residents.
