Join Social Security Scotland’s Digital Delivery & Change division as a Software Developer (Integration Platform) in the Boomi Integration Platform team. You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver software components that support our vital social security systems.

The Software Developer (Integration Platform) post will sit within Social Security Scotland’s Digital Delivery & Change division which has a remit to provide infrastructure and systems to support both the wider social security programme and Social Security Scotland.
A Software Developer delivers software components that form part of a product.
At this role level, you will:
- develop software to meet user needs
- follow best practice guidelines and help to improve those guidelines
- write clean, secure and well-tested code
- coach and mentor more junior colleagues
- operate the services you build and identify issues in production
