CNC Setter: Lead a Precision Cell

Valmet, LB Bentley Team in Stroud, is seeking a CNC Setter to join our Machine Shop. You will set up and operate a dedicated CNC Cell, coordinate daily activities, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across shifts.

You will collaborate with engineers, production leaders, and operators to resolve issues, reduce scrap, and promote process improvements. Mentoring apprentices and maintaining high standards are key parts of the role.
