Element is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6‑month engagement to deliver global hiring plans. You will own day‑to‑day recruitment across commercial, product and technical teams, partner with hiring managers, and optimise our recruitment framework and Bob Hiring ATS.
You’ll help drive an improved candidate experience, align processes with our framework, and bring sourcing expertise to hard‑to‑fill roles across multiple countries.
