In-Store Leader & Deputy Manager

Lidl GB is hiring a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll set a strong example for the team, manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, drive stock integrity and customer service, and help deliver high standards across the store.

The role offers a competitive salary (£38,000–£46,000 per annum), 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training to support your career progression.
