Overnight Mental Health Crisis Recovery Supporter

Turning Point UK in Manchester is seeking an Overnight Recovery Worker to support people in emotional distress or mental health crisis, providing compassionate, person-centred care overnight.

You’ll work in a safe space, helping with triage, risk assessments and crisis de-escalation, while recording outcomes, coordinating with partners, and maintaining a welcoming environment to empower service users towards positive next steps.
