We’re recruiting a Delivery Partner Manager for an established organisation within the employment and skills sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational or supply chain manager to oversee a network of delivery partners, drive performance and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop delivery partner relationships, ensuring contractual targets and service standards are achieved.
• Monitor performance, address underperformance and implement improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, sharing best practice and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Manage contractual compliance, quality assurance and operational risks.
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, employers and key stakeholders.
• Support operational planning, forecasting and partner development.

About You

• Experience in the employment, employability or skills sector.
• Background in operational or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing performance, targets and underperformance.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused.

Experience managing government-funded contracts would be advantageous.
