Principal Ecologist: Hybrid Leadership in Ecology

Jacobs in Birmingham seeks a Principal Ecologist or Associate Director to lead the city ecology team within the UK ecology business. You will combine strategic leadership, technical expertise, and mentoring to deliver projects across water, transport and energy infrastructure, while shaping the team’s direction and client relations.

This role also focuses on Biodiversity Net Gain and regulator engagement. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for collaboration across Jacobs’ global network.
