The Role
As a Warehouse Operative within the Picking team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected and prepared for dispatch. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Picking customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and scannersSelecting products in line with order requirements and dispatch deadlinesChecking stock for accuracy and qualityMoving products safely throughout the warehousePreparing orders for packing and dispatchMaintaining a clean and organised working environmentAdhering to all health and safety proceduresSupporting other warehouse functions as required
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse or picking experience preferredGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnGood communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team
