Relationship Manager, Banking – Guernsey

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will provide an excellent level of service for a portfolio of local and international High Net Worth Private Clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a high-quality banking experience for your client portfolio
• Following up in-bound leads and enquiries for new products and services
• Building and maintaining a clear understanding of the risk appetite, policies and guidelines
• Positive cross-departmental co-ordination in order to deliver a highly effective service to your clients
• Assessing client risk in order to ensure timely and accurate completion of client periodic risk reviews and close any KYC/AML shortfalls
• Ensuring that all relevant and current rules, regulations, policies are adhered to in respect of your clients
