Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an established law firm in Manchester.

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential property caseload independently, with minimal supervision, handling transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Deal with flat and new-build property transactions.
• Progress transactions efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Knowledge of flat and new-build sales and purchases.
• Strong communication, organisational and client service skills.
