Legal Southwest Ltd in Exmouth is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to join the busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a full-time, office-based role in Exmouth, suited to someone with prior residential conveyancing experience who can manage a busy workload and support fee earners with transaction progression.
You will assist with progression of conveyancing transactions, prepare contract papers, handle sale enquiries, and support exchanges and completions.
