Job Description:
Westminster City Council seeks an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the Employment, Criminal and Commercial Litigation team. You will manage a caseload across employment, criminal, or commercial and property matters, drafting and advising on case documents and strategies.
You will interview and prepare witnesses, liaise with Counsel and external solicitors, and handle negotiations with multiple stakeholders. A flexible, digital, and agile working environment supports your practice.
